What Materials Do You Use In Your Dental Products?

Where Is Robust Dental Lab Located?
Robust has three offices. Our manufacturing facility is in ShenZhen, China. We have a shipping office in Hong Kong and our North American sales office is in Centennial, Colorado.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Robust Dental Lab accepts payment by credit card, Zelle, or Venmo for customers in Canada and the USA. In other parts of the world, we accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer. Processing fees may apply.
How Do I Make A New Order?

Is There a Minimum Order Requirement?
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement.
Which Digital Scanning Software Does Robust Use?
We accept scans from any of the major digital dental scan software companies. If you prefer to send in physical molds, we can work with that too.
What Shade Guides Do You Reference?
Robust Dental Lab refers to VITA and IVOCLAR shade guides for all dental work. We can duplicate complex shades for crowns and bridges. If your dental office has a special requirement for a shade, please take a high-resolution photo of the patient’s teeth next to a physical shade guide.
Are There Shipping Costs?
Customers cover shipping costs when shipping a dental case to China. Contact us for information on getting the best rates. Orders exceeding a certain amount will qualify for free shipping. Does Customs Create Delays?
Robust is not responsible for Customs delays, which happen infrequently.
What Is The Turnaround Time?
Common removable restorations, like dentures, are completed within seven days, from order to delivery at your door. Other less frequently ordered cases can take up to 12 days.
The sooner we receive all the details about an order the sooner we can begin production. While rare, customs inspections can cause delays, for which we are not responsible.
What Is Your Warranty Policy?
You can count on a five-year warranty for crowns and bridges and one-year warranty for removable restorations. Every order includes a contract that outlines warranty terms for all dental or orthodontic products purchased.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Robust Dental Lab prides itself on providing quality dental products and customer service. If you are at all unhappy with the cases you receive, contact us right away and we will make it right. We accept returns for up to 35 days.
Do You Offer Competitive Pricing?
Yes, we do! We pride ourselves on providing a fair price. There are never any hidden fees, and we don’t change the price based on volume. If you find a better price for the exact same dental case somewhere else, let us know and we’ll match it.
How Do I Reduce Remakes?
To minimize remakes, please follow these guidelines:
- Provide precise impressions. If an impression is unclear, we may request a new one.
- Ensure legible handwriting on prescriptions.
- Provide detailed instructions and drawings for special designs.
- Avoid sending alginate impressions—please pour stone models before shipping.
- Pack impressions and models properly to prevent damage.
- Use silicone material for bite registrations, not wax.
I Need A Remake. What Do I Do?
If you receive a product that doesn’t work as it should, we will remake it at no cost. In the case of accidental damage, design change requests, or misuse, there may be a charge. Contact us to let us know about your remake request.
When Am I Responsible For Remake Costs?
In most cases, we can repair or remake a dental case for no charge. However, we may have to recharge again under the following circumstances if the:
- Restoration is caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or an accident
- Old restoration is not returned to us
- Shade is different from the original request
- Restoration material changes
- Request is for a new impression or a new scan
- Original design is changed

Robust Dental Lab has an independent research team, each member with experience working overseas in the dental industry. With a full understanding of North American and European standards and regulations, these technicians understand what dentists expect from a dental lab.

How Do You Control Quality?
At Robust, every process has several managers responsible for thoroughly checking each dental case before it moves to the next step.
